Life is giving Chrisean Rock another chance.
Earlier this year, a wanted bulletin in Oklahoma was issued for the 23-year-old reality star, born, Chrisean Malone. She was facing two charges, possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a tax stamp and possession with the intent to distribute. Reports say she specifically had crack cocaine in her possession, leading to the first charge.
Both offenses carried a year prison sentence if convicted, but the charges were dismissed. A Craig County District Court judge ruled in her favor and sentenced her to four years probation for each of the charges following her guilty plea, according to court documents obtained by Urban Islandz. They also note that the charges will run concurrently, until March 15, 2027, one day after her birthday.
In addition, under the agreement, Chrisean must not violate any state, tribal, federal government, or municipal ordinances, according to the report. She must also complete 120 hours of community service at a homeless shelter. Plus, Rock has to dish out $991 to the District Attorney’s office.
Chrisean’s lawyer, Ken Gallon, fought in court on her behalf. She didn’t appear in court and he pushed for a lighter sentence since she doesn’t have a criminal record. The publication notes,
“It is therefore ordered, adjudged, and decreed by the court that the application for deferment of the finding of guilt is granted as follows: on the defendant’s representation that she has not been previously convicted of a felony within the last 10 years…”
The Crazy In Love star welcomed her first child with Blueface earlier this month. She named their son, after her, Chrisean Malone Jr. She also shared an adorable photo. In the caption, she wrote,
“1day old ….Heavensent you healthy and so handsome beyond grateful My baby boy so blessed thank you Jesus @chriseanmalone.jr.”
Hip Hop DX points out that Blue, who hasn’t met his son yet, blasted Rock online. He said,
“Only following herself pops can’t get a follow lol this sh*t sad fr I can’t do none but laugh at this point.” He also threatened that his first baby’s mother, Jaiydyn Alexis, would “take Jr.” after alleging she smoked marijuana throughout pregnancy.
Hopefully, they can peacefully resolve the issues.
