Cardi B is hitting the big screen!
The Grammy-award winning rapper will be joining Hollywood heavy hitters including Jennifer Lopez, Keke Palmer, Julia Stiles, and Constance Wu.
The movie is titled Hustlers- and is inspired by an article published in 2016 by New York Magazine. The story line follows a group of former strippers who set out to get revenge on some wealthy Wall Street clients.
The movie seems perfectly fit for Cardi, as the rapper has been very open and vocal about her stripper past.
Chairman of STXfilms, Adam Fogelson states, “We could not have asked for a more exciting or talented lineup of performers to join our cast. STX is thrilled to reunite with Jennifer, Elaine and Benny to bring this unexpected, entertaining and often shocking story to the big screen for audiences worldwide.”
A release date for the movie has yet to be announced.
