DaBaby is in hot water..again.
According to TMZ, Baby and a few of his friends called a car service in Las Vegas back in November of 2019. When the crew sparked up some weed in the van, the driver requested they put out it out. This is what prompted the argument between Baby, his crew and the driver.
According to a police report via TMZ, Baby and his crew allegedly began cursing out the driver and threatening him. They reportedly told him, “you’re lucky you’re not in my city because I would have killed you cracker motherf***er.”
When the team arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel, the driver asked to be paid. This is when DaBaby allegedly punched him in the back of the head and said, “You ain’t the boss.”
Baby and his friends did grab their belongs out the van, but not before someone from the crew made it clear that they “would have left him (the driver) dead on the road.”
TMZ reports there is an active arrest warrant to bring in DaBaby for misdemeanor battery.
Yikes.
