DaBaby was released from police custody after being detained earlier this week in Miami.

During Memorial Day, a shooting occurred outside a restaurant. It left two people wounded. A news source reports gunshots were fired at First Street and Ocean Drive, near the Prime 112 steakhouse. Then there was an argument between two groups, according to an arrest report. However, it’s not clear what the argument was about.

Initially, DaBaby was detained, but in the latest report, he won’t face any charges. Two people from his entourage will. As reported on NBC, Wisdom Awute, 21, and Christopher Urena, 29, were arrested and facing attempted murder and assault charges. Awute allegedly shot someone in the leg. Urena is also facing theft and a weapons charge, according to the arrest documents.

One of the victims got treated and released. The other is in the hospital in critical condition. A witness, James Dozier, who saw the incident said,

“At first it was like two or three shots, and then a couple of seconds later it was like ‘pop, pop, pop, pop, pop,’ a whole bunch of shooting.”

DaBaby hasn’t spoken out publicly as of yet. Take a look at a news report:
