DaBaby is dealing with a situation.

According to TMZ, DaBaby is being charged for beating up a man by the name of Gary Pagar. The incident stems from last year in December.

DaBaby and his team rented a massive home in Los Angeles that Pagar manages. According to Pagar, he was told it was going to be a vacation place for DB and his crew. Pagar also said he made it clear there was a guest limit of 12, and DaBaby/management agreed.

However, later on, Pagar says he became aware there were way more than 12 people at the property. Pagar said he complained to DB’s team and was “assured” the extra guests wouldn’t be staying long.

On December 2, Pagar paid a visit and realized they were shooting a music video. There was an entire film crew, a ton of people, approximately around 40. Pagar claims he tried to shut it down by talking to DaBaby and that’s when he was allegedly attacked by someone in DB’s crew, part of which was caught on video. Per the lawsuit, Pagar claims DB allegedly sucker-punched him in the face and knocked his tooth out..

In the latest report, DaBaby has been charged with felony battery by the LA County District Attorney’s Office. The outlet points out, “there’s another man named Thankgod Awute who’s being charged as well. Prosecutors claim he was DaBaby’s cohort in crime … they hit him with felony robbery.”

Pagar also filed a lawsuit against DB in February over this alleged assault. We’ll keep you updated on a ruling.

The video that was being shot was for Stunna 4 Vegas, (he’s signed to DaBaby’s) “Play U Lay.” It was released on December 5 and co-starred Jake Paul. Page Six points out the video was directed by DaBaby.
