Lil Durk is in even more hot water. During his hearing on Friday, (June 14th), the police claimed to have video surveillance of Lil Durk firing a gun near The Varsity Restaurant in Atlanta that took place on February 5th.

A judge ruled that the video was enough probable cause to charge Lil Durk and the co-defendant, fellow rapper King Von with attempted murder. The duo also have five other felony charges including criminal attempt to commit murder, aggravated assault, unlawful for employed by associated with criminal street gang to conduct/participate in crime, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

According to Billboard, Lil Durk will remain in Fulton County without bond.
