26 year-old Mac Miller was arrested for driving while under the influence, along with a hit and run.
According to TMZ Miller was in San Fernando Valley driving his Mercedes Benz G-Wagon when this took place, and allegedly fled the scene and went home.
The artist was later arrested at his LA and given a $15K bail.
Now that Miller has been released, his first court date has been set to June 7th.
