DaBaby received backlash after Tory promoted a collaboration they have. People online questioned DaBaby’s loyalty to Megan Thee Stallion, since they worked on music together and she’s featured on his single “Cry Baby.”
Megan caught wind of the situation online and decided to chime in. Meg responded to a Twitter user who said “f*ck DaBaby all 2021,” and Meg said DaBaby and Tory’s song is old, not cleared, and their video for “Cry Baby” is dropping soon.
Some online users weren’t feeling Meg jumping to DaBaby’s defense and not Asian Doll. A few weeks ago, Asian played a verse that was supposed to be featured on Megan’s song, however, Asian was replaced with The City Girls and it seemingly caused some tension.
DaBaby hasn’t spoken out much on the situation. He dodged the drama and linked with his boo DaniLeigh and hopped on a jet. Dani shared the moment on social media and in the caption she wrote, “and I’m behind him if it go down,” letting the world know she has his back no matter what! Take a look:
