Dave Chappelle breaks his silence and pays tribute to his friend, Bob Saget.
While on stage at the Peppermint Club in Florida, Chappelle reacted to the death of Saget and the plans to have him laid to rest.
“Man, he just texted me and I saw the text yesterday and I never texted him back because I was just busy,” Chappelle said. “It happens. I’m just saying this to remind you that these moments are precious. When I come out at night, I’m not just hanging out. I’m making memories.”
Chappelle, along with others, attended Saget’s funeral on Friday at Mt. Sinai Memorial Park Cemetery in Hollywood. Saget’s Full House co-stars were also in attendance at the funeral.
John Stamos put out a tweet after the funeral.
