Dave East is paying tribute to his late friends in major way.

The Harlem rapper honors the late Nipsey Hussle and Kiing Shooter by getting a massive tattoo of the two on his back.

At the beginning of May, rapper Kiing Shooter tragically passed away amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Shooter was signed to Nas and Jungle’s Street Dream Records and making noise in the music industry. He was also a close friend to East.

It’s no secret that Nipsey Hussle and Dave had a close bond, as the two collab on songs together and Dave often speaks about Nipsey’s impact in a lot of his interviews. Nipsey was shot and killed back in March of 2019 in the parking lot of his store, Marathon Clothing. Dave and Nipsey have collaborated on a few of songs together in the past, including “Blueprint” and “Clarity.”
