Dave East has reportedly turned himself into police Tuesday morning (Oct. 2).
The rapper has been charged with misdemeanor assault according to TMZ after being accused of punching 28-year-old Joel Rosario in July after leaving a cruise.
He was charged and released, and is now due back in December.
Rosario says he is not sure why he was attacked.
East doesn’t seem to fazed as made an Instagram post with a good message to his lawyer.
