Justin Combs won't face any jail time.
Back in June, Justin was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor for DUI.
The incident reportedly occurred near Beverly Hills. Officers saw Combs' vehicle run a red light and subsequently conducted a traffic stop, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department confirms. His bail was set at $5,000 and he was released on his own.
Following the incident, Combs' pleaded no contest and was ordered 3 years of probation and also must “enroll and participate in and successfully complete a 3-month licensed first-offender alcohol and other drug education and counseling program" according to reports.
Justin nor his father, Diddy, has yet addressed the incident.
