Brooklyn’s own DJ Clark Kent best known for producing hits for Jay-Z, The Notorious B.I.G., Kanye West and more is going to help students live their dream with a new scholarship program.
The partnership with Yellowbrick helps students “who are passionate about areas like fashion, sports, beauty, or sneakers to pursue rewarding career opportunities that can spark their interest and open doors to a fulfilling future.”
Clark Kent’s scholarship is part of a larger initiative called Music Industry Essentials. Music Industry Essentials is an online program created by The Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts in collaboration with Billboard Magazine, powered by Yellowbrick. The program is designed to give interested students an opportunity to learn more about the inner workings of the music industry.
The producer’s scholarship will help students pursue careers in music, sneakers, and other related fields.
