Sorry Drake fans, you'll have to wait a little while longer for Certified Lover Boy.Drake let fans know that he had full intent on releasing his upcoming project this month, but due to a recent surgery he had, he's "dedicating" his time to recovering.“I was planning to release my album this month but between surgery and rehab my energy has been dedicated to recovery,” Drake wrote on his story. “I’m blessed to be back on my feet feeling great and focused on the album, but CLB won’t be dropping in January.”The good news is that he does plan on dropping the album this year, we just don't have an official release date as of yet.https://www.instagram.com/p/CKSRMH2BObi/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_linkReportedly. Drake underwent knee surgery in October, as he shared a photo of his knee in a brace on his Instagram story around that time.The new album will mark his sixth full-length studio album and will be the follow up to 2018’s “Scorpion."
