Damn, it looks like Drake will be heading to court. He is reportedly being sued for using unauthorized samples for his hit singles ‘In My Feelings’ and ‘Nice For What’.
As reported by TMZ, court documents show that Drake and Big Freedia are being sued by Samuel Nicholas III, who goes by the name Sam Skully, for using parts of his song “Roll Call” on ‘In My Feelings’. Skully claimed that Drake stole another beat from him and used it on ‘Nice For What’.
Drake hasn’t been the first rapper to be sued in recent days. Lil Nas X was reportedly being sued over a ‘pre “Old Town Road song. Travis Scott and The Weeknd have also faced similar rea
