This is an ongoing situation stemming from 2018.

Two years ago, Drake and Odell Beckham JR. got into an alleged altercation at Delilah Nightclub in Hollywood, California in March. 

A man named Bennett Sipes is demanding $250,000 in a lawsuit against Younes Bendjima, Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, Drake, and Odell. According to court documents obtained by XXL, Bennett claims he suffered “traumatic brain injury, as well as injuries to his back, neck, shoulders, etc.” after the altercation outside the club. 

The night of the fight, Bennett claims he was attacked by Younes. He also claims Drake and Odell watched him get beat up, and Drake made a throat slash” gesture” to him. There have been previous reports that Bennett claims Drake provoked the attack after Bennet tried to enter the VIP section Drizzy and Odell were in, but Drake or Odell have publicly addressed the situation as of yet.
