Drake and Odell Beckham JR. are going to have to answer to a fight than occured in West Hollywood last year.
If you remember the two were at Delilah Nightclub in March 24, where a fight occured in from of the two celebrities.
According to TMZ, Bennett Sipes was attacked by Younes Bendjima, Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend and other men as both Drake and Beckham watched.
Legal documents claim that he got into an argument with one of the two before Drizzy made a “throat slash” gesture before attempting to enter one of the restrooms in the building before being confronted by their entourages.
Sipes is now suing Drake, Beckham for the attack, and Delilah nighclub for not providing adequate security for the altercation that he claims caused him “extreme mental anguish and physical pain.”
He is seeking unspecified damages.
