Emmy Nominations Are In! Ava Duvernay’s ‘When They See Us,’ Beyonce, Game Of Thrones + MORE Listed!

The 71st Emmy nominations are here!

So far, Ava Duvernay’s When They See Us, the Netflix special received the most nominations (16) for a limited series.

Congrats for Jharrel Jerome who earned his first Emmy Nomination For When They See Us.

HBO’s drama ‘Game Of Thrones’ set the record for the most Primetime Emmy nominations in a year with 32! HBO earned 132 nominations in total, breaking their record and beating Netflix who received a total of 117 nominations. 

The Queen Beyoncè even scored six nominations for her Netflix film, Homecoming. See the complete list.

Some notable “snubs” include Netflix show Orange Is The New Black, which only earned one nomination this year, for guest actress Laverne Cox. Black-ish also missed out on the best comedy series nomination for the first time since 2015. Read the complete list.
