Being on lockdown with your lover either brought y’all closer or it put a strain on the relationship.

Eve says the pandemic actually made her love her husband Maximillion even more, All Hip Hop reports. She credits the stay at home order for helping her solidify why she loves her husband and make the romance stronger. Eve told People magazine,

“Honestly, it’s been really good. I have to say, I feel lucky that we’re one of the couples that got out of the quarantine and was like, ‘I still like you and love you’ – that’s a different thing. Because love is one thing, but you still gotta like the person!”

She went on to say that she learned new things about her boo.

“We’ve learned a lot of new things about each other. This is gonna sound so cheesy – and I swear I apologize because I’m not a romantic – but it has solidified why I fell in love with him. It brought us closer together, and it made me realize wow, we chose each other, and this is a great choice.”

June marked six years since they’ve been married. They dated for four years and she never imagined being his wife because he has four children from a previous relationship.

Has quarantine made you closer with your love or did things go left?
