It looks like Fabolous will plead guilty after all. On January 28th, the 41-year-old rapper showed up in Bergen County Superior Court to accept a deal that will keep him out of prison.
For accepting the guilty plea, Fabolous will not serve any jail time but he will be sentenced to domestic violence prevention workshop that can last between six months to a year. Fabolous also has to avoid any other violent incidents during that time span and all of the charges will be expunged from his criminal record.
Fabolous was charged with four felonies including aggravated assault of a domestic violence victim. If he was convicted he would have faced up to 20 years in state prison. In October 2018, he plead not guilty to all charges.
