Fabolous has officially plead not guilty after allegedly getting into an altercation with his girlfriend Emily B. where it is reported he knocked her teeth out.

According to BOSSIP, he was charged with four felonies that could lead him in jail for years.

His lawyer, Brian Neary claims that prosecutors are offering a plea deal which would knock the charges to one count of felony brandishing and threatening domestic violence with scissors. The deal would allow him to avoid a trial as well as time in jail.

Fabolous is reportedly due back in court in December.
