Fabolous has reached a deal in the domestic violence case against his now wife Emily B.

According to TMZ, the Brooklyn rapper has agreed to enter a pre-trial intervention program. The report states that the case will be dismissed if he completes the program and does not break the law for a year.

Documents also say that he has to give the court an update once a month, and will not have to take any additional therapy or anger management courses.

The rapper was arrested on March 28, 2018, after an argument between himself and Emily B turned violent. He allegedly hit the mother of his two kids resulting in the loss of her two front teeth. Fabolous was also accused of threatening her father and brother, with some of the argument being caught on video and released online.

He was charged with one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill and one count of possession of a weapon (scissors).

Fabolous was facing 20 years in jail for his actions.

The two are currently back together.
