Larry Nassar was sentenced was sentenced up to 175 years in state prison for seven different counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct last week. Today (Feb 2), he had a second hearing in which he learned his fate for three more counts of criminal sexual conduct.
Randall Margraves, a father of three of his daughters who was sexually assaulted by Nassar asked during the sentence, decided to try and take matters into his own hands. First he asked the judge for five minutes with Nassar, when denied he asked for one. That’s when he then charged at Nassar before the bailiffs in the room tackled him.
USA gold medal gymnast Simone Biles recently spoke about her experiences with Nassar on the Today Show.
He will not be charged over his actions.
