Fetty Wap is in a situation with authorities.

As reported on NBC, Fetty was arrested Monday (August 8) morning for allegedly violating the terms of his bail. According to the report, Fetty reportedly threatened to kill someone over FaceTime while showing a gun.

According to court documents, the government obtained a 2021 video recording of a FaceTime call, and Fetty threatened an unnamed individual on December 11. Fetty pointed the gun at the individual and said, “Imma kill you and everybody you with.”

Last year, on October 28, Fetty was arrested at Rolling Loud New York before getting the chance to perform. The Suffolk County District Attorney/feds believe Fetty ran a lucrative drug empire coast to coast. He allegedly sold hard drugs like heroin, cocaine, and fentanyl. Photos were released of the drugs and the large amounts of cash. As a result, Fetty was granted pre-trial release in Nov. 2021 under the conditions that he must not violate state, federal, or local law or possess a firearm or any destructive weapon.

The video of the alleged threat with a gun is a violation of his bond conditions from the Rolling Loud incident. Fetty was arrested in Newark, NJ, and was indicted in the Eastern District of New York. A NY judge revoked Fetty’s bond, and he will remain in jail.
