Fetty Wap is a free man for now.
On October 28th, the rapper was arrested at CitiField in New York and charged with a drug trafficking conspiracy along with five others.
In an indictment, federal prosecutors said that the offenders “allegedly transported, distributed drugs including heroin and fentanyl in Long Island.
Upon his release, US District Judge Joanna Seybert gave Fetty conditions including GPS monitoring, surrendering his passport, and to receive approval before traveling, and random drug testing.
Fetty Wap is currently out on a $500,000 bond.
