Flava Flav is dealing with a legal situation.

, authorities confirmed with the publication the OG rapper was arrested on October 4. Flava Flav's arrest was for a misdemeanor domestic battery charge in Henderson, Nev. The publication pints out Flava Flav doesn't appear to still be in police custody.
On the night of the incident, police
responded to a call for a
around 11:40 p.m. PST. When they arrived, they took Flav into custody. He was then transported to the Henderson Detention Center, where he was booked.
reported today (October 20), Flav allegedly poked his finger on the unidentified victim's nose, grabbed her, threw her down and reportedly took a phone out of her hand.
attorney, David Chesnoff, addressed the matter. In a statement to the hip hop site, he said, "in alleged domestic violence cases, there are often 2 sides to the story, and we will explain our side in the courtroom and not in the media."
