Floyd Mayweather revealed his asking price for Conor McGregor rematch fight.
It was announced that Mayweather and McGregor will link up for a rematch in the year 2023.
During a recent interview, Mayweather revealed, “we don’t know if it’s going to be an exhibition or a real fight. But there’s been talks of both,” Mayweather, 45, said, adding that he would prefer an exhibition because “‘I am not into fights where I am going to take any real punishment.”
If you can remember, Mayweather came out the champ back in 2017 when the two went head for head. He won with a tenth-round knockout.
“So, guys like Conor McGregor and guys that don’t really hit hard such as YouTubers or UFC guys, I don’t really mind colliding with those kinds of individuals but nothing where I am going to put myself in a position where I am going to harm myself or hurt myself,” he added.
Now- we know Money Mayweather didn’t get his name from nowhere. The undefeated boxer revealed his asking price for the rematch. “They already talked to me about my number that I’m going to receive,” Mayweather said. “9 figures. You know we gotta start at least 100 million for Floyd Mayweather.”
