Josie Harris, ex-girlfriend to Floyd Mayweather’s and mother to three children was found unresponsive in her car back in June. The untimely passing of Josie saddened many as she left behind three children.

Harris was found unconscious in her car and pronounced dead shortly after officials arrived at her California home. According to The Blast,  the medical examiner determined that the 40-year-old died of an accidental overdose that consisted  of “mixed drug toxicity (Fentanyl, Alprazolam). Alprazolam, which is a medicine used to treat anti-anxiety, is more commonly referred to by the brand name, Xanax.” The death has been ruled as accidental as there were no signs that she intended to “take her own life.”

Following the untimely passing, Floyd referred to Josie as his “Better half” on social media. May she continue to rest in peace.
