Former Disney star Kyle Massey, is facing a serious charge.
As reported on sources, he’s facing felony charges for sending pornographic pictures to a 13-year-old girl. TMZ obtained court documents and it says Massey is charged with one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes.
The inappropriate messages were sent back in December 2018 and January 2019. The victim’s mom claims she knew Massey since she was four. In 2020, the victim’s mom gave authorities a flash drive with the illicit messages via Snapchat. Since then, police have been investigating.
Massey had court this week but but didn’t show up.
