Are you ready for the Fox 5 hit TV series ‘Empire’ to be over?
According to Fox Entertainment CEO Charlie Collier, ‘Empire’ will end with it’s 6thh season.
“We are turning the final season into a television event. One of the great benefits of announcing a final season announce have the fans lean in have the finale they desire.” – Charlie Collier
When asked whether or not Jussie Smollett would make a return in the final season, Collier’s response was:
“There’s an option to have Jussie in the series but we have no plans for that.” Charlie Collier
Keep in mind that the writers room has yet to be opened for Season 6, therefore Smollett’s return is still up in the air.
