One thing about Ashanti, she’s going to travel and get to the bag too.
The Princess of R&B recently performed at the Apollo in Harlem, New York, for Lil Kim and Friend’s concert. Ashanti posted flicks from the event. In the caption, she wrote, “Hopped off the plane from Dubai & headed to Harlem.” Take a look:
One person said, “honey! The definition of slaying a look! Killing it!” Someone else wrote, “don’t let your foot off their necks sis,” and another online user commented, “you not the one to be played with.”
In other Ashanti news, she revealed she was ready to start a family last year. As reported on The Jasmine Brand, she said she’s working hard now so she can slow down. Ashanti said,
“I’m hustling and doing what I need to do now, so I can chill a little bit.” She’s looking forward to building a family, but with the “right” person. She went on to say,
“Trust me, there’s a lot of guys that want to be my baby daddy — and they’ve tried.” The “Good Good” singer shared the type of mother she aspires to be. Ashanti said,
“If I have an ounce of my mom’s skills, I’m superior, honestly, because my mom is the sh*t.” She continued, “My dad is cool too, and my sister. But my mom’s a different breed. They don’t make human beings like my mom.”
