50 Cent knows a little something about beef.
Part of 50’s legacy as a rapper is his ongoing beef with Ja Rule. In a brand new interview with Whoo Kid that dropped on his birthday today (Jul 6), he weighs in on the Pusha T and Drake beef, and who he thinks came out the winner.
“Pusha t was dead in pocket with that,” he said. “Because he offered information to the public before, that they didn’t know was real. When that happens, they go, ‘Wait.’ They heard the line, ‘That was true?’ They go, ‘Oh s***.’ It’s really, people’s interest in Drake is what made the line so good. It became as important as he was to the actual culture because these are true statements. Then you’re going, from Drake’s space, he can make a song that sounds like God wrote it right now and they’re gonna listen to it and be like, ‘That’s cool.’”
