A Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air unscripted reunion special is on the way! 

Reported on sources, HBO Max is gearing up to do a reunion episode from the classic show. The episode will be taped on September 10, which will make exactly 30 years since the show aired on NBC.

The original cast will tape, with Daphne Maxwell Reid, still as the “second Aunt Viv,” who replaced Janet Hubert in the fourth season after Janet had issues with Will. It’s not clear what the storyline will be about, but Deadline reports the cast will enjoy a night of music, dancing, and surprise guests.

Marcus Raboy is the director, Rikki Hughes is the executive producer and showrunner, and other runners are Miguel Melendez, Lukas Kaiser, and Brad Haugen for Westbrook Media. The special will be produced by Westbrook Media and will air on HBO MAX around Thanksgiving.
