Donald Trump is back with his SHENNIGANS.

As the President of the United States is in Puerto Rico, he is making an effort to help, nonetheless, Trump’s method in doing so, is kind of disrespectful.

In the video below, Trump is in San Juan with around 200 people gathered around him awaiting paper towels and more.
