At 56, Janet Jackson is probably more flexible than people HALF her age.
The icon shared a video at dance rehearsals. In the footage, Janet was on the floor on her back and stretched her legs back extremely far, showing how flexible she is. In the caption, she wrote, “Trying to properly stretch before these rehearsals.”

Speaking of new music, Janet announced last month that her “number one” priority is being a mom. New music is coming, but Janet is in no rush. She said,
“There will be music at some point. Exactly when? I can’t say just yet, but there will be. I love it too much not to do it. This is all I know. There’s so much that I want to do โ but my number one job is being a mama.”
Janet welcomed her baby boy in 2017 with her ex-husband Wissam Al Mana. Their son’s name is Eissa.
