This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!
Lexus Stagg, 26, decided to play a game of “chicken” with her three young children and her SUV.
Surveillance video shows Stagg driving a 2006 Lincoln Navigator as her three children chased her. Her three-year-old was struck during the game.
His foot got stuck under the right front tire and Stagg didn’t stop right away. A source reports that she proceeded to drive and he was hit by the 5600-pound truck again with the rear tire.
The alleged incident happened on June 11th. Initially, Stagg told cops that she “thought she hit a speed bump,” but the video shows a different story.
The careless mother was arrested Thursday (June 20) and charged with criminally negligent homicide. She faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
Back in 2013, Stagg had two of her older children removed from her care from CPS. After the death of her three-year-old, her other two children were removed as well.
