It’s a good time for Lil Wayne to drop Tha Carter VI.
During an interview with Variety, Weezy talked his new very popular Apple Music show, Young Money Radio. The show has had some very big name guest such as 50 Cent, Naomi Campbell, Dr. Dre, Nicki Minaj, Mike Tyson and more. “It means a lot to [me] to have such a platform, but the unique fact of it is how meaningful it can be for others,” Wayne said. “You never know who you’re reaching, so you reach for the stars and hope whoever you’re reaching can do the same.”

Now, in the mist of the conversation, Weezy was asked which Tha Carter series is his favorite, and he responded, “My favorite Carter album is the next one.”
Tha Carter V was released back in 2018, and it looks like the next installment is on the way!
