Training Day fans, this one for you.
Warner Bros. is reportedly working on a prequel of the 2001 hit movie. Nick Yarborough, a screenwriter, was picked to write the script.
The film will reportedly be set in 1992 and will focus on Denzel Washington’s character, Alonzo Harris. It is also reported that it will pick up just days before the Rodney King verdict is announced that would spark the Los Angeles riots.
There are no directors or actors announced for the film as of yet but they are considering that Washington’s son, John David Washington to play the role.
