Talk about real love! Meek Mill is continuing to receive major love from all over the country. On Tuesday night, right before the rapper was set to perform at the XFINITY Theatre in Hartford, Connecticut, he was awarded with two huge honors from the state’s officials.
Rep. Brandon McGee presented Meek with a key to Connecticut as well as a state-level proclamation that solidifies March 19th as “Meek Mill Day.” The Philly native received these honors due to his work as a criminal justice advocate. Meek Mill also has similar honors in Houston, Texas and in his hometown of Philadelphia.
