If there was any doubt about us getting another Watch The Throne album soon, this might just be all the proof you need to know that it’s just not going to happen. Jay Z sat down on the Rap Radar podcast via TIDAL and left nothing unsaid. Surprisingly to some, including myself, he spoken openly about his issues with Kanye West and why they pretty much don’t have a relationship at this point. Hov pointed out that they’re “family” and everyone fights but what made the situation make a turn for the worst is when Kanye decided to bring Beyonce and Blue Ivy into the fold. That was a big no no for the 4:44 rapper.
He also went on to confirm that the infamous “elevator” incident played a major part in his naming the album. As you may remember, 444 is the building number where that was caught on tape:
