This is INCREDIBLE and the ultimate boss move.
According to several sources, Jay Z is working closely with the NFL to manage some of its entertainment aspects. Roc Nation will co-produce the Super Bowl half-time show. Although Hov isn’t performing, at least not yet, but at least his input will be there.
The NFL is also launching an “Inspire Change” program which will focus on social justices. Jay Z said, “they were willing to do some things, to make some changes, that we can do some good.”
The Bleacher Report also states NFL commissioner Roger Goodell told the New York Times earlier this week that the league is looking to put itself in the best position moving forward.
“We don’t want people to come in and necessarily agree with us; we want people to come in and tell us what we can do better,” Goodell said. “I think that’s a core element of our relationship between the two organizations, and with Jay and I personally.”
Hov has had an interesting history with the NFL in the past. In his 2018 hit “Ape S***” he sent a strong message to the NFL.
“I said no to the Super Bowl: You need me, I don’t need you. Every night we in the end zone, tell the NFL we in stadiums too.”
Jay Z has also been a huge supporter of Colin Kaepernick, who took a knee three years ago to protest against social injustices in America, like some cops killing innocent black people. During Hov’s 2017 Saturday Night Live performance, he rocked a sports jersey with “Colin K” and his number 7 on the front and back.

This is a positive move and hopefully, with someone like Jay Z working with the NFL, Colin will find his way on the field again.
