Last month, Jeffrey Toobin was suspended from The New Yorker after exposing himself on a professional video call. The NYDN reports Toobin has been fired from the news publication. The article says, “The New Yorker said in a statement to the Daily News that Toobin’s exit resulted from an investigation into the star writer’s conduct on the call.”

Toobin took to Twitter to share the news. He said,

“I was fired today by @NewYorker after 27 years as a Staff Writer. I will always love the magazine, will miss my colleagues, and will look forward to reading their work.”
