This is GREAT news!

As reported on news sources, president-elect Joe Biden said on Monday (January 4), if Democrats win the election in Georgia, the next stimulus check could be $2k.

The fate of receiving another round of stimulus checks for $2,000 lies in the big vote going down today (Jan. 5)  in GA. Democrats are hoping to win so that they’ll have control of the presidency, House, and a split 50-50 Senate, Fox 5 reports. If there’s a tie, Kamala Harris will be the “tie-breaker” and she’ll see that the Democrats win.

On the flip side, if incumbent Republican Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler defeat Democratic opponents Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, the GOP will retain control of the Senate, the article reports. Just as a reminder, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has been a major roadblock to Americans receiving larger stimulus payments.
