Will Joe Budden return to rap for this one occasion?

Some fans of hip hop and the New Jersey native were upset that the former Slaughterhouse member did not go back at Eminem earlier this year after Slim Shady addressed him in the track “Fall” over opinions made about his album Revival.

Now, another rapper is trying to bring him out of retirement.

CyHi The Prynce, known for his work with Kanye West, wants to go bar to bar with Budden. The challenge came while promoting the Team Backpack cypher at A3C Festival in which he revealed that he wants to battle for $500,000.

“I don’t need a Xany’ or a shot of brandy,” he raps. “To murder a n****, playin’ me like I’m cotton-candy/Get ya kids napped, tell ’em ‘pop the nanny’/Turn your house into The Adams Family/Whoa, you wanna know what I just thought about?/I think that I should’ve been in Slaughterhouse/Leave you with a rib-eye tryna’ clown me.”

Joe Budden replied during his podcast this weekend, but he’s not coming out of retirement.

“CyHi, I have a million dollars, and I’ll clean your ass up,” he said. “You can’t come to the party with that.”

He later continued.

I’m retired,” he says. “I’m not replying to none of these niggas. But, “Half a mil’, track-for-track? Of course, we gotta do that. Any rapper that money has been on the line for — nah, they never really put it up. I don’t think that CyHi has $500,000 of disposable income.”

Welp!

So who do you think would win?
