Although Joe Budden has already apologized for some of his comments towards Logic, he won’t be apologizing anymore,  according to him.

Last year, Joe called Logic “one of the worst rappers to ever grace a microphone.” Logic shared how comments such as that one led to his depression. During a recent interview Logic shares, “He doesn’t like me for whatever reason. He wants to say I’m not Black enough. I’m not good enough,” Logic said. “He’s a person who’s led to part of my depression, some of my darkest spaces.”  He continued, “Bro, your words, they make people want to kill themselves, bro.”

Joe caught wind of Logic’s comments and issued an apology. “I’m sorry man,” Budden said, “Last week, I came in here feeling pretty tumultuous. Fresh out of Twitter jail, unable to properly read the room. And just hating myself and life, honestly. Unfortunately, I projected some of that onto you, Log. And for that, I want to apologize.”

When Logic was asked about the apology, he shared, “I didn’t see the apology. I didn’t see his review of the album or any of this,” Logic responded. “I literally have no issue with Joe Budden…I’ve never met him. I don’t know him.”

Now- Logic’s recent comments probably didn’t sit will with Joe, as during a conversation with Lupe Fiasco, Joe said he will not be apologizing again.  “Hell no… I’m doubling down as soon as I get in there.”

He continued, “I’m not apologizing, exactly what he said is exactly why I said what I said. He’s pander king.” Budden went on to explain that he’s never met Logic, and he’s only spoken about him about six times. “That’s a lot of times,” Lupe responded with a grin. “No it’s not, I’m 40,” Budden added. “Six times is not a lot.”

Seemingly responding to Logic’s comments about his comments making people want to kill themselves, Joe says, “If your mental health is off to the point that you would like to kill yourself, over something that a stranger has said maybe three times… Then there’s some other work that needs to be done, that’s all. You don’t go on a promo run to discuss it,” he said of Logic’s comments. “I don’t want anybody to die, I don’t want you to die, I don’t want Logic to die… Who else n***as think I don’t like?”
