According to reports, Nipsey Hussle’s alleged gunman Eric Holder spoke to the late rapper for approximately four minutes before the shooting.
Deputy Dist. Atty. John McKinney told the grand jury that while the conversation did not sound “intense” or “belligerent,” it indeed had to do with snitching.
“Apparently, the conversation had something to do with [Nipsey Hussle] telling Mr. Holder that word on the street was that Mr, Holder was snitching.” – John McKinney
It was also said that Eric Holder was heard saying something in reference to “Haven’t you snitched” to Nipsey Hussle.
Eric Holder is still being held with a $6.5-million bail, and will spend life in State Prison if convicted.
