K Michelle Shows Off ‘Happy Weight’ Twerks: ‘Okay, I’m Fluffy’

K. Michelle is glowing!

The singer shared a video twerking to DayyDayy’s viral 2020 hit, “Act Up.” In the caption, Kimberly told fans how she’s embracing her body. In the post, she wrote, “Mood: RIGHT DA F*CK NOW. (Calling Kimberly to the floor go home K.Michelle, get in bed) (my doctor actually told me I was overweight for my height today , okay, im fluffy.” She continued, 

“I remember when I was unhealthy and underweight. Look, I can’t keep up. I’m just going to keep dancing and eating, no surgery for momma. Happy Weight).” Take a look:

Fans in the comment section cheered her on. One person said, “This weight looks good,” and another person said, “We love the happy weight, K.” 

Another person chimed in on K. Michelle’s dance moves and said, “THE PUNCH GON GETTT IT ERRRRRYTIMEEEE.”

The “Can’t Raise A Man” singer has a lot to celebrate. A few weeks ago, she scored her first No. 1 song on any Billboard chart with her R&B single “Scooch.” Billboard points out that her previous highest ranking was No. 8 peak for “The Rain” in February 2020.

She told the outlet, “As an artist, there’s nothing better than reaching No. 1. I’m over-the-moon grateful.” K. Michelle continued, 

“I’ve worked very hard in my career, and I’ve tried to make music for the hearts and not the charts, but being acknowledged by radio and my fans in this way is something I’ll always be proud of.”

The Soul Train Music Award and NAACP Image Award winner succeeded on the Billboard chart with her previous albums. Her debut album, Rebellious Soul, landed on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. In 2014, Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart was also top on the R&B chart. 

Scooch” will reportedly appear on her upcoming album, I’m the Problem. It’s not clear when it’ll drop, but K. Michellelle said, “I know this album has multiple No. 1 records on it,” she writes. “I cannot wait for my fans and radio to hear it and love it as much as I do.”
