Kid Cudi is feeling like the rest of us!
Missing Kendrick Lamar.
Cudi Tweeted lyrics from his 2013 collaboration with Kendrick “Solo Dolo pt. 2.” In the message, Cudi wrote, “miss u, Kendrick.” Take a look:

It’s been four years since Kendrick released a new album; his last project was DAMN. In 2020, the follow-up album was slated to drop, but the pandemic put those plans on hold.
It’s still not clear if and when the project will drop. During an interview Kendrick did with his protégée Baby Keem last year, Kendrick spoke on why his recording process takes so long. K Dot said it’s not just about “making a song.” It’s a process behind it. “I spend the whole year just thinking about how I’m gonna execute a new sound, I can’t do the same thing over and over. I need something to get me excited.”
Kendrick was also spotted shooting a music video last year, so there’s still hope fans could get something.
