Kodak Black seems to be doing some good. The rapper recently helped out Paige Cook, a 14-year-old girl, who started a campaign to donate 7,600 notebooks and 60,000 pencils to the students of Cleburne Independent School District in Texas.

Cook started the cause last year and was able to collect over 40,000 pencils for students. According to TMZ, when Cook’s goal increased, Kodak Black’s lawyer said that Black “picked up the tab for the notebooks which cost $12,500.”

The donation comes after Black’s multiple legal issues began to pile up.

Black is currently awaiting a rape trial where he is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl.
