A Florida couple is going viral!
On Facebook, a story kept circulating about an 18-year-old allegedly marrying her 61-year-old godfather. The 18-year-old named Deja Haugabook on Facebook shared a post about the criticism she received over her new marriage. According to her, she’s 18 with four children.
On Facebook, the alleged couple are defending their love, calling anyone hating on it “haters.” However, some social media users strongly believe the 61-year-old man could have groomed the 18-year-old before she was “of age.” Take a look at a screengrab shared by The Neighborhood Talk blog. In the post, you’ll see the Facebook message from Deja defending her life choices. You’ll also see a video of her talking about the situation. The godfather didn’t confirm or deny his age.
In a since-deleted post on IG, Kodak Black reacted to the story. He shared a picture of the story and in the caption, said,
“SMH my daddy did this same sh*t. Left us to start another family with his goddaughter, I was about 9. But I ain’t judging nobody. To each’s own. It could be true love.” Take a look:
